Welcome to the Spath House forum. This is a private forum for owners and residents of Spath House, 4 Spath Road, Didsbury, to enable us to communicate and provide updates and information quickly and easily. Membership is restricted to directors and shareholders in Spath Road Management Limited, residents of Spath House (both owner-occupiers and tenants) and nominated employees of third parties such as the managing agent Living City and letting agents such as Lewis Phipps who have involvement in the building. For this reason, we need all members to be clearly identified- this is not an anonymous forum. Please can you help us manage this by setting up your username as follows:

Non-resident landlords: firstnameLLflatnumber e.g. RosieLL12
Living City employees: firstnameLivingCity e.g. NicolaLivingCity

Sticking to this means everyone can see who is who, and we can ensure we have no unauthorized members. We will delete any accounts that aren't named in this way.
Once you have set your account up, you can start threads and contribute to existing ones. Please note we are not collecting any personal information, we're only asking for basic contact information needed to register for the forum, and we won't share it with anyone externally.
